Who pays for what and where risk passes between seller and buyer. Not sure which to choose? We will help.
- EXWThe seller hands over the goods at their own premises. Everything else is on the buyer.
- FCAThe seller hands the goods to the buyer's carrier; export customs is on the seller.
- FOBThe seller loads the goods on board the vessel. Freight and insurance are on the buyer.
- CIFThe seller pays freight and insurance to the port of destination.
- DAPThe seller delivers to the destination address; import customs is on the buyer.
- DDPThe seller takes care of everything, including import customs and taxes.

- FTLFull Truck Load: the truck carries only your cargo.
- LTL / groupageLess than Truck Load: cargo of several shippers in one truck.

- Volumetric weightWeight calculated from the cargo volume; the rate applies to the greater of actual and volumetric weight.

What do you need to prepare a quote?
Origin and destination, a description of the cargo, its weight and volume, and the date it will be ready.
Can I ship a small consignment?
Yes. With groupage (LCL, LTL) you pay only for the space you use.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, we offer customs brokerage: documents, declarations and certification.
Can the cargo be insured?
Yes, we arrange cargo insurance together with transport.
What does the price depend on?
The route, weight and volume, mode of transport, the date the cargo is ready, and extra services (customs, insurance, door delivery).
Which documents are needed?
Usually an invoice, a packing list and a contract are enough. Depending on the cargo, certificates or permits may be required. We confirm the list after your request.
Do you deliver door to door?
Yes. Pick-up from the sender, transport, customs and delivery to your address. If you prefer, we can take only part of the route.
